Track an Order

Track your order in real time until delivery.

Congratulations, your order is sent!

Now you can track it in 2 different parts: during production and after shipping.

Real-time progress

When the order is received and in production, you can see your order's progress in real time directly in the application.

Access your orders

In the application, click your username in the top right, then click Orders in the dropdown menu.

Find your order

Find the order you want to track in the list and press the Order Status button to see details.

View your order progress

In this tab you will see your order's progress through the different manufacturing stages, as well as the expected shipping date.

Shipping tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping tracking number. Just click on the tracking number to track with the selected carrier.
