What is the average delivery time?
Most orders are shipped within 4-8 business days. The exact delivery time is displayed when configuring your part.
What materials do you offer?
We work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and other metals. Check out our materials page to see all available options.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum quantity: you can order a single part or several thousand depending on your needs. The minimum order value is $49.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept DXF, DWG, EPS, SVG, and AI files. You can also use our integrated 2D sketch generator or smart catalog of standard parts, which don't require CAD files.
How does free shipping work?
Shipping is free across Canada for any order of $49 or more. We use the fastest shipping service for your specific address. Most areas in eastern Canada receive delivery within 1-2 business days. The minimum order is $49.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Modifications are possible as long as production hasn't started. Contact us quickly by email after your order for any changes.
Do you offer special finishes?
Yes, we offer various finishes such as anodizing, powder coating, and zinc plating depending on the chosen material.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. You can also track your order status directly in your Laseo account under the orders tab, which shows production progress at each step.
What if my part doesn't meet my expectations?
We guarantee the quality of our parts. If a part doesn't meet the agreed specifications, we'll remake it for free or refund you.
