The Essentials

We want you to be satisfied, period. If something's wrong, write us within 30 days of purchase. Give us maximum details (ideally with photos) so we understand what happened and can fix it.

Then? Depending on the situation, we offer replacement or refund. That simple.

  2. Add photos (parts, defects, packaging). Often avoids a return.

Everything is handled online. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Basic Conditions

  • The policy is valid 30 days after purchase.
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • We may request photos of damage or imperfections rather than physical return.

Generally Not Eligible

  • Misuse or abuse after delivery.
  • Wrong material choice made at order.
  • Small marks or normal imperfections on raw material.
  • Slight surface oxidation on raw material.
  • Requests received after 30 days.

Processing a Refund

We confirm by email if the request is approved or denied.

If approved, we credit your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.

Haven't Received Your Refund?

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Check with your card issuer: a delay is sometimes normal.
  3. Contact your bank if nothing shows up.

Return / Shipping

Most of the time, if parts are unusable, we ask you to recycle them rather than send them back to us.

If physical return is necessary, we send you shipping instructions with required details.
