Go from 3D model to 2D profile compatible with Laseo app.

General

For now, we don't yet accept 3D drawings. The feature is coming soon.

Meanwhile, use the flatten command on your bent parts and ensure the 2D profile meets our 2D drawing requirements.

Convert Your Profile

Generate the unfolded version of your part. Check that projected surface fits well within work zone allowed by app.

Then export your 2D profile in compatible format (DXF recommended).

Clean Your Drawing

Remove everything not required for cutting: dimensions, title blocks, threads, chamfers, symbols, etc. Only 2D profile must remain.

Any element external to contour or engravings may cause import failure.

Colors & Directives

  • Bend lines: green to detect immediately.
  • Line engraving: blue.
  • Fill engraving: cyan.
  • Raster engraving: magenta.

Configuration in App

Bend angles and drilling operations are configured directly in Laseo application after profile import.

Use assistant to define bend operations, hole diameters and finish options.
