Acrylic and polycarbonate come with protective film on both sides. We leave it until shipping. Easy removal by pulling from corner; avoid prolonged sun exposure before removal.
Delrin (acetal), HDPE, ABS, UHMW, ACM and wood are delivered with their standard commercial finish. Surface state examples are shown in material photos and datasheets.
Appearance depends on alloy type and finishes available on raw material. Printed mill markings may be visible.
Edges after cutting vary by material and process. Examples are shown in material tabs.
Removes laser burrs, especially on thicker gauges. Wet linear process adding ~150 grit finish. Available on aluminum, stainless, copper, brass.
